Responsibilities:

• Reseller will take photos, write listings, post to appropriate platforms, manage communication with buyers, and coordinate pick ups.
• Seller agrees to provide accurate details of the item(s), communicate best pick-up windows, and collect payment.

Duration:

This agreement is valid for 30 days from the date listed above. If the item does not sell within that period, the contract ends unless both parties agree to extend it.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the agreement early by written notice. If the item is sold before termination, commission will still apply.
